Article 1: Organization of the Game
Koala Garden, hereinafter referred to as “the organizer”, organizes a game called “Egg Hunt”, hereinafter referred to as “the Game”.
Article 2: Object of the game
The game which is free and without obligation to register with the organizer is to find the 12 names of cities hidden in pages on the site of Koala Garden.
To access the pages of the cities it will be necessary to click on the images of the eggs scattered everywhere on the site, in its French and English version.
As part of the game, a draw will designate the winners from the participants, hereinafter “participants” who sent the correct answer, ie the list of 12 cities.
Participation in the Game implies the unreserved acceptance of the participants of these rules in their entirety, hereinafter “the Rules”.
Article 3: Date and duration
The Game runs from Saturday, April 20, 2019 to Saturday, April 27, 2019 midnight included.
The organizer reserves the right to extend the participation period and to postpone any announced date.
Article 4: Conditions of participation & validity of participation
4-1 Conditions of participation
The Game is open to all adults residing in Lebanon.
Players who have collaborated in the organization of the Game, as well as members of their respective direct families and employees of the organizer, are not allowed to participate in the Game.

After filling in all the fields of the form, pressing the send button confirms participation in the Game.
4-2 Validity of participation
Any identity information, emails that prove to be inaccurate result in the nullity of the participation.
The organizer reserves the right to eliminate from the draw any participation form that does not comply with the rules.
Article 5: Designation of the winners
The names of the winners will be drawn at a date fixed by the director of the organizer.
The draw will take place in the premises of the organizer, it will be done by a child present, chosen at random. Participants’ names will be printed on individual sheets. The draw will be done among these nominative sheets.
Any participation form containing a false declaration or an erroneous and / or incomplete declaration and / or not respecting the present rules, drawn by lot will be considered as null and will result in the designation of another participant by a new drawing of lots.
Article 6: Designation of Lots
Prizes will be awarded in the following order:
1st prize (*): 10 entries to Ghinwa Theater
2nd prize: 5 entries to FunZone park
3rd prize: 1 voucher of 50000 Lebanese Pound from récréation-Bikfaya
(*) Dates proposed by the management of the company offering this price
Article 7: Information or Publication of Winners
The names of the winners and the photos taken at the awards ceremony will be posted on the organizer’s Facebook Page and Group.
Article 8: Delivery or withdrawal of lots
The delivery of the prizes will be made in the premises of the organizer on the date chosen by the organizer.
The winners will be informed by an email sent by the organizer to the email address mentioned in the participation form.
Winners who are not present at the prize-giving ceremony may withdraw their prizes from the organizer’s premises at a later date.
If the email address is incorrect or does not correspond to that of the winner, or if for any other reasons related to technical problems that do not allow to correctly convey the information email, the organizer can not under any circumstances be held responsible. Similarly, it is not the organizer’s responsibility to search for winners’ details that can not be reached due to an invalid or illegible email address.
Lots not withdrawn:
At the end of June 31, 2019, the lots not withdrawn will be lost.
Unreachable winners will not be eligible for any prize, compensation or compensation of any kind whatsoever.
The prizes can not under any circumstances be the subject of any dispute from the winners, or an exchange or any other consideration of any nature whatsoever.
Article 9: Promotional operations
By accepting their prizes, the winners authorize the organizer to use their names for promotional purposes on any medium of their choice, without this reproduction being entitled to any compensation or compensation other than the prize won. .
Article 10: Nominative data
The personal data collected as part of the participation in the game are recorded and used by the organizer for the necessities of their participation and the attribution of their winnings.
Article 11: Liability
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the only obligation of the Organizer for the Game is to submit the entries collected to the draw, provided that its participation is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Rules, and to award the prizes to the winners, according to the criteria and modalities defined in this Rules.The organizer can not be held responsible, without this list being limited to any technical, material or software failure of any nature whatsoever, the risk of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network and the lack of protection of certain data against possible diversions.
Participation in the Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the features and limitations of the Internet in terms of technical performance, response time to consult, as well as to query or transfer information.
Article 12: Cases of force majeure
The organizer’s liability can not be incurred if, for a case of force majeure or beyond his control, the game must be modified, shortened or canceled.
The organizer reserves the right to carry out any verification it deems useful, relating to compliance with the rules, in particular to rule out any participant who has made an inaccurate or false declaration or defrauded.
Article 13: Disputes
Any difficulty in applying or interpreting the Rules will be decided exclusively by the organizer.
No request or telephone complaint will be answered regarding the application or interpretation of this Regulation. Any dispute or claim relating to the Game and the draw must be made in writing to the following email address: koalagarden@hotmail.com
No dispute will be taken into account eight days after the close of the Game.

Koala Garden, ci-après dénommée «l’organisateur», organise un jeu intitulé « Chasse aux oeufs», ci-après dénommé « le Jeu».
Article 2 : Objet du jeu
Le Jeu qui est gratuit et sans obligation d’inscription chez l’organisateur consiste à trouver les 12 noms de villes cachées dans des pages sur le site de Koala Garden.
Pour accéder aux pages des villes il faudra cliquer sur les images des oeufs éparpillées partout sur le site, dans sa version française et anglaise.
Dans le cadre du jeu, un tirage au sort désignera les gagnants parmi les participants, ci après « les participants » ayant envoyés la bonne réponse, càd la liste des 12 villes.
La participation au Jeu implique l’acceptation sans réserve des participants du présent règlement dans son intégralité,
Ci-après « le Règlement ».
Article 3 : Date et durée
Le Jeu se déroule du samedi 20 avril 2019 au samedi 27 avril 2019 minuit inclus.
L’organisateur se réserve la possibilité de prolonger la période de participation et de reporter toute date annoncée.
Article 4 : Conditions de participation & validité de la participation
4-1 Conditions de participation
Le Jeu est ouvert à toutes les personnes majeures résidant au Liban.
Ne sont pas autorisés à participer au Jeu, toute personne ayant collaboré à l’organisation du Jeu ainsi que les membres de leurs familles directes respectives et les salariés de l’organisateur.
Le bulletin de participation est uniquement sous format électronique et se trouve sur cette adresse web https://www.koalagarden.com/chasse-aux-oeufs/
Après remplissage du tous les champs du formulaire, l’appui sur le bouton d’envoi confirme la participation au Jeu.
4-2 Validité de la participation
Toutes informations d’identité, d’email qui se révèleraient inexactes entraînent la nullité de la participation
L’organisateur se réserve le droit d’éliminer du tirage au sort tout bulletin de participation qui ne respecterait pas le règlement
Article 5 : Désignation des gagnants
Le nom des gagnants sera tiré au sort à une date fixée par la directrice de l’organisateur. Le tirage au sort se déroulera dans les locaux de l’organisateur, il sera fait par un enfant présent, choisi au hasard. Les noms des participants sera imprimé sur des feuilles individuelles. Le tirage au sort sera fait parmi ces feuilles nominatives.
Tout bulletin de participation contenant une fausse déclaration ou une déclaration erronée et/ou incomplète et/ou ne respectant pas le présent règlement, tiré au sort sera considérée comme nulle et entraînera la désignation d’un autre participant par un nouveau tirage au sort.
Article 6 : Désignation des Lots
Les lots seront attribués dans l’ordre suivant :
1er prix(*) : 10 entrées au théâtre de Ghinwa
2ème prix : 5 entrées au parc FunZone
3ème prix : 1 bon d’achat de 50000 Livres Libanaises de récréation-Bikfaya
(*) Dates proposées par la Direction de l’entreprise qui offre ce prix
Article 7 : Information ou Publication du nom des gagnants
Les noms des gagnants ainsi que les photos prises lors de la remise des prix seront mis en ligne sur la Page et le Groupe Facebook de l’organisateur
Article 8 : Remise ou retrait des Lots
La remise des lots sera faite dans les locaux de l’organisateur à la date choisie par l’organisateur.
Les gagnants seront informés par un email envoyé par l’organisateur à l’adresse email mentionnée dans le bulletin de participation.
Les gagnants absents lors de la remise des lots pourront retirer leurs prix des locaux de l’organisateur à une date ultérieure.
Si l’adresse email est incorrecte ou ne correspond pas à celle du gagnant, ou si pour tout autres raisons liées à des problèmes techniques ne permettant pas d’acheminer correctement l’email d’information, l’organisateur ne saurait en aucun cas être tenu pour responsable. De même, il n’appartient pas à l’organisateur de faire des recherches de coordonnées de gagnants ne pouvant être joints en raison d’une adresse email invalide ou illisible.
Lots non retirés :
A l’issue de la date du 31 juin 2019, les lots non retirés seront perdus.
Les gagnants injoignables ne pourront prétendre à aucun lot, dédommagement ou indemnité de quelque nature que ce soit.
Les lots ne peuvent en aucun cas faire l’objet d’une quelconque contestation de la part des gagnants, ni d’un échange ou de toute autre contrepartie de quelque nature que ce soit.
Article 9 : Opérations promotionnelles
Du fait de l’acceptation de leurs lots, les gagnants autorisent l’organisateur à utiliser leurs noms à des fins promotionnelles sur tout support de son choix, sans que cette reproduction n’ouvre droit à une quelconque rémunération ou indemnisation autre que le pris gagné.
Article 10 : Données nominatives
Les données nominatives recueillies dans le cadre de la participation au jeu sont enregistrées et utilisées par l’organisateur pour les nécessités de leur participation et à l’attribution de leurs gains.
Article 11 : Responsabilité
Le Participant reconnaît et accepte que la seule obligation de l’organisateur au titre du Jeu est de soumettre au tirage au sort les bulletins de participation recueillis, sous réserve que sa participation soit conforme aux termes et conditions du Règlement, et remettre les lots aux gagnants, selon les critères et modalités définis dans le présent Règlement.
L’organisateur ne saurait être tenu responsable, sans que cette liste soit limitative de toute défaillance technique, matérielle ou logicielle de quelque nature que ce soit, les risques de contamination par des éventuels virus circulant sur le réseau et l’absence de protection de certaines données contre des détournements éventuels.
La participation au Jeu implique la connaissance et l’acceptation des caractéristiques et des limites d’Internet tant en ce qui concerne les performances techniques, les temps de réponse pour consulter, que pour interroger ou transférer des informations.
Article 12 : Cas de force majeure
La responsabilité de l’organisateur ne saurait être encourue si, pour un cas de force majeure ou indépendant de sa volonté, le jeu devait être modifié, écourté ou annulé.
L’organisateur se réserve le droit de procéder à toute vérification qu’il jugera utile, relative au respect du règlement, notamment pour écarter tout participant ayant effectué une déclaration inexacte ou mensongère ou fraudée.
Article 13 : Litiges
Toute difficulté d’application ou d’interprétation du Règlement sera tranchée exclusivement par l’organisateur.
Il ne sera répondu à aucune demande ou réclamation téléphonique concernant l’application ou l’interprétation du présent règlement. Toute contestation ou réclamation relative au Jeu et au tirage au sort devra être formulée par écrit à l’adresse email suivant : koalagarden@hotmail.com
Aucune contestation ne sera prise en compte huit jours après la clôture du Jeu.
